Ending Sounds
Ending Sounds is a phonics skill associated with the Grade 1 Phonics topic of Phonemic Awareness. The skill involves recognizing the sounds the letters at the end of words make. There are six study ending sounds games: a tutorial and five enrichment activities. The tutorial teaches children the basic curriculum of ending sounds. Each of the enrichment activities provides primary school students with a different way of assessing this important phonics skill.
